have been using Successful Office now for over a year and I am sure that

In the last year I've tried
answering services and call centers in 6 different states. A.I.
is actually the only one to not have a list of hidden charges,
to treat me with respect, and to actually do the job they say
they can do. I've been through the mill with contact service
companies. They are 99% identical and had I just sat down and
thought "why are these other services so cheap", I could have
saved myself thousands of dollars. You definitely get what you
pay for with A.I. ! In fact I would be willing to pay them
much more for what they do for me. Only A.I. will
up-sell my customers for me to my satisfaction. Only A.I. has
handled my call backs with care, and only A.I. is upfront with

I have an interesting story
regarding Successful Office I was a client back in 1997
and had the fortunate opportunity to work with Linda, Steve,
Debbie, Arlene and Bonnie. I needed them to help out
with our relocation efforts during some tough times for my
company. I originally planned on using them for just a month
or two but ended up having to downsize. My new staff
performed so well that I had my account with them for a
year until I was able to hire more employees and explode my
business. Interestingly back then Linda and her crew actually
got more sales for us than my own employees did!
Flash forward to 2000 and I again needed to outsource as my
company expanded to several new states. I again called
on Successful Office and my new team did so well for me that as of 2000 my
team of employees at A.I. (a subsidiary of Successful Office) have become a permanent extension of
our company. The money I save outsourcing to Successful Office all of my
reception and front desk functions amounts to thousands every
month. The money I save employing Successful Office to handle
the sales for one of my departments also saves me thousands
monthly and has forced my salespeople in other departments to

I can't say how
appreciative I am for even the existence of Successful Office. I started working out of my garage and with
Successful Office's
help saw my company grow and grow. I was then the Ronkonkoma Office
Manager of the brokerage firm called J.P. Turner.

succeed and I need to keep my privacy as I do not wish to show
my hand to my competitors. I do thank you all for such a
